On The Dalton HIghway

The road around the lake is still a muddy mess.  So I drove down to the little side road and ran my usual up and back until reaching my goal.  My friend, Dawn texted me asking where I was.  She decided to come join me and walk while I ran.  We move at totally different speeds, but it was still really nice to have a friend out there with me.  I stayed a little longer than planned, 5.8 instead of 5 miles, so she could reach 2 miles and not have to walk alone.  It started raining as soon as she arrived, so by the time we were done, I was soaking wet.  I tossed my clothes into the dryer when I got back.
