Beautiful hike up The Dome on the Anchorage hillside with the Walkabouts hiking group. It was a perfect day for a nice steep hike. I had not been there before so it was a new adventure. Lots of nice wildflowers. I didn't even need to carry the dog at all, which was really nice. On the way down, she out hiked us all, practically pulling me off my feet on the steep parts. I loved getting to hike with the group again. For most of the last 6 months we had stopped meeting due to Covid 19. Now we are hiking together again and we are all vaccinated.
