Peaceful & Calm

It was a perfect running day today. Low stratus, 41 degrees, practically no wind at all. I ran my 4 miles along the side road from the Dalton Highway to the Sagavanirktok River and back. Only an occasional flock of geese flying over to keep me company. A perfect day for reflection as I ran. And a perfect day for reflection on Colleen Lake.

I'm running for a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers. I could sure use some more donations to meet my goal.
