3 Miles on the Morgan Horse Trail

I had a wonderful run today on the groomed trails of the Morgan Horse Trail on Lazy Mountain.  The snow was perfect for running.  I work my yak tracks on my running shoes because without them it would probably have been really slippery.  It was a very slow run though.  It is a very hilly trail system.  But a good hill workout for sure. I think I will come back soon and give it a try on my skis.
