Queenstown Marathon

Another marathon, another country completed.  And what a beautiful marathon it was!  The forecast was for rain but we got very lucky and it was just cloudy, a few drops of rain and a bit of wind.  The temperature was actually quite perfect for running. I was quite slow as usual but finished well before the time limit.  The entire trip in New Zealand was amazing and it is a very beautiful and also peaceful country. I loved being there, far away from all of the political strife going on here in the US.
The medal was lovely.
